We are a group of best friends who all met in the early days of our own recovery journeys. We bring our own personal stories of living in recovery houses, both good and bad. Our mission is to help others to find long term recovery, and provide the best possible recovery housing experience to our residents.

Mike is the directional beacon for ARH. He is always searching for ways to better serve our residents. Mike handles much of the day-to-day operations for ARH, while always working towards ways we can enhance our service. When he is not working, Mike enjoys riding motorcycles, working out, and spending time with his son.

Josh Harein

Josh has spent the last 10 years as a professional in the construction industry. His experience with managing construction operations, budgets, and schedules, is helping ARH to achieve its goals in operational excellence. When Josh is not working, he enjoys curling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his wife, step-son, and twin boys.

Alex Doying

Alex is the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships in ARH. Whether its connecting with our residents, treatment partners, or networking with industry professionals. Alex is passionate about providing the best service possible, and learning from those who came before us. When Alex is not working, he enjoys painting, working out, and spending time with his three sons.

Derek Johnson

Often referred to as “the guy with the duck”, Derek is in charge of technology, organizing events, and coordinating our Alumni Program. Derek has a background in the IT industry and brings his career experience to always push ARH towards innovative solutions. When Derek is not working, he enjoys curling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his wife, two dogs, cat, and of course…. his pet duck.

Brandie Anderson
Recovery Date 04/22/2014
Brandie is the Director of Operations for women’s housing at ARH. Along with being an active member of the recovery community, Brandie brings a customer service background to ARH, improving procedures and interactions across all of the homes. When Brandie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, taking her dog on adventures, and attending recovery events.
